Looks like we'll be heading to Brisbane, Australia the end of September. JP found an amazing deal on Quantas that we had to jump on. My understanding is that we're actually leaving from Austin, so that will make connecting in LA so much easier.
LAX is a horrible airport to deal with, and rechecking your bags is a NIGHTMARE from Continental to any international flight.
That time of year will be chilly for me, it's probably in the 60s during the day. But I have plenty of sweaters and whatnot to get me through.
Now I have motivation not to take random days off too.
So far I took one day for my birthday, but that was time I carried over. I'm also taking a day to add to a Friday off for when I visit my sister.
ah vacation.. =)
