Can you say, "Avoiding the hard stuff...?" I knew you could!

Isn't that a happy face? JP caught one of the biggest fishes. This shot doesn't show the whole fish and alas he was twitching. The guys who ran the charter actually kept this fish and one Mike caught for dinner for themselves.

Angus was not a happy camper when the fish were being reeled in. He actually screamed when his father hauled in the first catch saying something about wanting to get away and that he wasn't expecting to see a fish. To which his Dad said, "What did you think fishing was?!" well he'll be five at the end of the month so yeah... poor little guy.

Here is a view of the boat from the pier. We were hearded on pretty quickly... probably the only times we didn't experience Fiji time were the two outings. Heh!

Beauty shot of the boat off of Snorkel Island. No sails that day as the wind was against us coming and going.

Party shot of the boat. The crewmen entertained with music... seems like everyone working in the tourist industry there sings and sings very very well. When we left it was annouced that a guy proposed on Snorkel Island since there was a couple on the tour for their honeymoon the crew had baked a cake for them to share and then sang, "It's Now or Never" for the engaged couple. Very sweet.

Okay back to it.

Lovely pictures! And what is in Minnesota...the Mall of America my friend. No actually, B was headed there for the entire next week on business and thought we should go with him for the weekend. The Mall of America is a huge place, not only shopping, but there is an aquarium and an amusement park in the mall! I just thought it would be fun, plus it has been ages since we have been anywhere that wasn't to visit family. Sorry, but I would like to take a lesson from you and your travels. The kids are old enough that they can start going places and I want to see places other than Texas. There is supposedly a restaurant that only serves Cereal and you can get it anyway you want. Lucky Charms w/o marshmellows or only the marshmellows...hum the possibilites are endless.
